Bedside is a small product with one job: fewer missed appointments. Clinics lose real money to no-shows, and most of the fix is timing and friction rather than anything clever. Bedside automates exactly that.

How it works

  • Scheduled reminders, not just one. An early reminder days out, so a cancellation can still be refilled, and a second nudge near the appointment for the people who simply forgot.
  • One-tap actions. Confirm, cancel or reschedule from a link unique to the appointment. No app to install, no account, no phone queue.
  • Privacy first. Built to hold the minimum patient data a reminder needs and nothing more.

The thinking behind it is written up in how to reduce patient no-shows: the reminder that matters most is the early one, and making cancellation easy is what converts silent no-shows into slots you can refill.
